At Jobst Ultrasheer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your compression garments; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn, and unopened packaging. Due to the intimate nature of medical-grade hosiery, we cannot accept returns on products that have been tried on or removed from their factory seal.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unopened Jobst Ultrasheer stockings in their original retail box and pack them securely into a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to verify the hygienic seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
